Service Scope

KS Group Concierge provides bespoke lifestyle and travel coordination services. We assist in sourcing options, arranging bookings, and managing logistics with third-party suppliers.

Third-Party Providers

Many services are delivered by independent suppliers. Supplier terms may apply in addition to these Terms. We coordinate and assist, but do not control supplier operations unless explicitly stated in writing.

Pricing, Deposits & Payments

• A concierge coordination fee may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation.
• Some services require deposits or pre-payment to secure availability.
• Third-party supplier charges may be payable as required by suppliers.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations and changes are subject to supplier rules and timelines. Concierge fees may be non-refundable where work has begun or supplier costs have been incurred.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details (dates, locations, names, preferences).
• Comply with venue rules, local laws, and supplier terms.
• Ensure passports/visas/health requirements where applicable.

Confidentiality

We treat client requests as confidential and share details only with parties necessary to deliver the service, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Where permitted, liability is limited to the concierge fee paid for the relevant request.

Nothing limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
